Terms of Service

Welcome to MusicGpt, a creative platform that turns text, images, and short clips into AI-generated images and videos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and (referred to as "MusicGpt," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the platform, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please stop using the service.

1. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use MusicGpt. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens through your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up and let us know right away if you notice unusual activity or unauthorized access.

3. The service and credits

MusicGpt provides AI tools for generating, editing, and enhancing images and videos. Access to these tools is powered by credits, which you can receive through a free trial, purchase as a credit package, or unlock through a paid plan. Each generation consumes credits, and the exact cost varies by model, resolution, duration, and complexity.

We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but generation results can vary and are not guaranteed to match a specific expectation. You are responsible for reviewing any output before publishing or distributing it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MusicGpt to:

• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or intended to defraud or deceive others.
• Create deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonate real people — including public figures, celebrities, or private individuals — in a way that could mislead others.
• Produce content that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the platform's source code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers, or other users' experience.

When you share content that could reasonably be mistaken for real footage, we ask you to clearly disclose that it was created with AI. This keeps the community honest and helps people make informed decisions about what they see.

5. Content you create

You own the content you create with MusicGpt. We do not claim ownership over your images, videos, or prompts.

To operate the service, you grant MusicGpt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content — including any images, videos, or text you upload — for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or account, subject to our retention and backup practices.

You are responsible for the content you upload and generate. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to your input materials, including the consent of any people who appear and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.

6. Our intellectual property

The platform itself — including its software, interfaces, designs, logos, and trademarks — belongs to MusicGpt and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you, and you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as expressly permitted.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas for improving the service, you agree that we may use them freely and without any obligation to you.

7. Billing, plans, and credits

Prices for plans and credit packages are shown at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by third-party providers, and by purchasing you authorize MusicGpt and its payment partners to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable amounts.

Plans and credit packages

All plans and credit packages are one-time purchases. When your credits are used up, you must purchase a new plan or credit package to continue using paid features.

Each plan includes a fixed amount of credits and access for a defined period, as shown at checkout. Unused credits may expire when the plan period ends, as described at the time of purchase.

We may change our pricing from time to time. Updated prices apply to new purchases only and do not affect plans you have already paid for.

Credits and plans are non-refundable except as described in our Refund and Fraud Policy.

8. Refunds

Because generating images and videos uses real computational resources, we do not offer refunds for consumed credits or for an expired or partially used plan. New users receive free trial credits so they can evaluate the service before paying. Please read our Refund and Fraud Policy to understand the limited circumstances in which a refund may be granted.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicGpt and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MusicGpt, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using MusicGpt at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law, or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Effective" date above. If you keep using the service after the changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
